Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UGC Burst at www.ugcburst.com and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

UGC Burst helps you create short-form UGC-style video ads for apps. Features may include generating video concepts, creating and editing clips, exporting videos, managing drafts, and related tools. We may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service over time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your location (and at least 13 years old, or the higher age required where you live).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.

Plans, credits & payments

• Access to paid features requires a subscription plan. Plan details, pricing, and credit allotments are shown on our pricing and billing pages.
• Credits are used for video generation and related actions as described in the product. Unused credits do not roll over unless we say otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Fees are charged through our payment provider. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices or plan features with notice for upcoming billing periods.

Your content

You keep ownership of the materials you submit (such as app descriptions and uploads) and of outputs you create through the Service, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the rights of any third parties.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service and to provide features you request.

You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, or disrupt the Service
• Resell or share access in a way that violates your plan or these Terms
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

Outputs & responsibility

Generated videos and suggestions are provided for your marketing use. Results may vary. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, for complying with platform rules (such as advertising or social media policies), and for any claims arising from how you use the content.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by UGC Burst and its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the Service itself—only a limited right to use it as allowed here.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on third parties for hosting, authentication, payments, and other functions. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outputs will meet your goals.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UGC Burst and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify UGC Burst against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
